It is made utilizing precisely chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punch processing without adding binders that ensure its high efficiency heat insulation and outstanding sounds absorption at the time of different applications along with good vibration stability. It is environment friendly, fire resistant as well as recyclable. The thickness of the needled mat varies from 8 mm to 25 mm and its uniformed density ranges from 100kg/m to 220kg/m.
