100 % pure glss Fiber is used to manufacture our E Glass Needle Mat that has the ability to withstand temperature up to 500 degree Celsius. It is made utilizing precisely chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punch processing without adding binders that ensure its high efficiency heat insulation and outstanding sounds absorption at the time of different applications along with good vibration stability. It is environment friendly, fire resistant as well as recyclable. The thickness of the needled mat varies from 8 mm to 25 mm and its uniformed density ranges from 100kg/m to 220kg/m. The fiberglass needle mat is easy to handle, can be cut into desired form and shape, primarily utilized as preformed pipe for exhaust of automotive and motorcycle, insulation pipe for petrochemical, insulation jacket and energy saving industries.
